Legion Pulse Review by our Certified Nutrition Coach: Is Legion Pulse Pre Workout any good?

Legion Pulse is not a bad pre workout supplement, but it certainly is not good enough to rank amongst our top three. We see this as essentially just another average pre workout. There isn’t really anything special about Legion Pulse.

That’s not to say it isn’t effective. It just isn’t as effective as the more top shelf pre workout powders out there, which is why we ultimately do not recommend it. As a Nutrition Coach, I’ve tried a long list of pre workout powders, and Legion Pulse isn’t anywhere close to the top of that list. I would never recommend this to my clients.

Are there any Legion Pulse coupon codes or promo discount vouchers?

There are not any available Legion Pulse coupon codes, which is unfortunate because it is pretty over priced. There’s no need to even search for coupons; it’s not worth it. You can get much higher quality pre workout supplements for less money.

What does Legion Pulse do?

What does Legion Pulse do for you? Legion Pulse is considered by some to be one of the better pre-workouts on the market due to its use of clinically effective ingredients. Something Legion Athletics does better than most other companies is ensure ingredient dosages are large enough.

Way too many companies skimp on the dosages, which is an enormous problem in the sports nutrition industry. The result of sufficient dosages is more energy, improved endurance, and increased strength.

Well, Legion Pulse is one of the few products out there that actually doses ingredients properly, which is a big plus. With that being said, we feel that the formula is lacking several key nutrients, which is why it didn’t quite crack the top 3 on our list.

Legion Pulse comes in the following flavors: Fruit Punch, Blue Raspberry, Watermelon, Green Apple, and Grape.

How Does Legion Pulse Pre Workout Work?

Legion Pulse works by using a simple blend of stimulants, amino acids, and endurance-boosting ingredients to help you work your hardest during your time spent exercising. It can help increase the amount of nutrients delivered to your muscles in order to help boost the efficiency of your workouts

Legion Pulse Ingredients List

Here are the primary Legion Pulse Pre Workout ingredients:

Some people cannot go a day without their caffeine if they’re looking to be productive that is. Caffeine is able to help boost your motivation and help increase your energy levels. This way you can help get the kickstart you need to start your workout strong.

L-Theanine is a relaxing amino acid that can help counteract the negative side effects that come with caffeine. It is able to help relax your body after taking all the stimulants that often come with pre-workout supplements.

Citrulline Malate

Citrulline helps increase athletic performance by improving your blood flow. It is the precursor to l-arginine, which is the precursor of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator responsible for increasing your blood flow.

Beta Alanine

This ingredient is an endurance booster that can help you push yourself harder during a workout. Clinical studies have shown that a sufficient dose of this stuff significantly improves athletic performance if its used on a regular basis.

Is Legion Pulse worth it? Our conclusion

The bottom line is, Legion Pulse might be all natural, but it simply doesn’t provide the same caliber of results that the higher ranked pre workouts provide. It lacks some key ingredients which can help make a big difference in your workout. To find out about some absolute powerhouse supplements that we rank more highly than Legion Pulse, check out our Best Pre Workout Supplements article.
