Nested Naturals Super Greens review 2021: Is Super Greens any good?
Nested Naturals provides a long list of amazing superfoods in the Super Greens supplement, which is great to see. The superfood profile is very diverse and well formulated…but there’s one major issue.
The biggest problem here is that you’re only getting about 8,000 milligrams worth of superfoods per serving, which is a very low amount compared to the top shelf green drink supplements on the market.
To put this into perspective, have a look at our #1 ranked greens powder, which provides 15,000 milligrams of superfoods per serving. That makes it almost twice as potent.

Are there any Nested Naturals Super Greens coupon codes or promo discount vouchers?
At the moment, there are no active Super Greens coupon codes. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time looking for a discount on this supplement. It’s not worth it even with a discount.
There’s just no point in buying a greens supplement like this one knowing that other options provide literally twice the amount of superfoods. It’s a no brainer.
What does Nested Naturals Super Greens do?
What does Super Greens do for you? The blend of greens, algae, fruits, and more is designed to help improve digestive health, gastrointestinal function, immunity, and energy levels. These are the ultimate goals of all greens supplements.
The problem with Nested Naturals is the question of whether or not it can actually accomplish these goals. Based on our Supplement Facts Panel (SFP) analysis, we don’t believe it’s capable of producing said benefits.
As we touched on before, the formula is simply too weak. The low potency is the primary reason why we do not recommend it.
Nested Naturals Super Greens ingredients list
Here are the primary ingredients in the Super Greens formula:
- Barley grass
- Alfalfa grass
- Wheat grass
- Beet root
- Green tea
Nested Naturals’ alkalizing blend is their most powerful blend by far. It provides a total of about 3,900 milligrams worth of super high quality nutrients. This blend is meant to cleanse, detoxify, and obviously, alkalize.
The blend consists of barley grass, wheat grass, alfalfa grass, spirulina, chlorella, spinach, and broccoli. This is a very impressive mixture of grasses and powerful superfoods.
Super Greens’ fiber blend is the second most potent blend in the formula at 2,700 milligrams per serving. That’s a pretty significant amount of fiber, and it comes from great sources: apple, rice bran, and artichoke.
Antioxidant Immune Blend
This is where things start to get less impressive. The ingredient selection is great with nutrients like beet root, acerola extract, eleuthero root, echinacea, acai juice, green tea, milk thistle, ginkgo leaf, raspberry, and blueberry.
So what’s the problem? Well, the blend as a whole only provides 1,000 milligrams worth of nutrients. Therefore, the ingredients are very solid, but they are certainly way under-dosed.
Probiotics are important when it comes to greens supplement formulas because they help your body process nutrients and significantly improve your gastrointestinal function. Unfortunately, this blend is very weak at only 1.67 billion CFU.
DigeZyme (Digestive Enzyme Blend)
This is another pretty weak blend, but it’s worth mentioning. Digestive enzymes ensure proper digestion and absorption of the superfoods. However, this blend only provides 67 milligrams per serving, so it won’t help much.
Super Greens dosage: How much Super Greens should you take & when?
According to the label, you should take one serving per day. One serving is simply one scoop, and you can mix the scoop in with water, juice, or a smoothie.
They recommend mixing it with water, but we typically recommend juice just because greens powders usually do not taste very good. It’s also usually best to take it in the morning to boost energy levels throughout your day.
Nested Naturals Super Greens pros and cons
Here are the benefits and side effects of Super Greens.
Super Greens Benefits
Greens and superfoods in general can provide tremendous benefits, especially when they are juiced and powderized such as they are in supplements like this one. However, the dosages must be sufficient in order to produce benefits.
As we mentioned earlier, we do not believe the dosages are sufficient in this case. With that said, Nested Naturals could still produce benefits such as increased energy levels, improved gut health, and boosted immunity.
Super Greens Side Effects
This formula is 100% natural and organic. It doesn’t contain anything other than superfoods, greens, fruits, vitamins, and minerals. Therefore, it’s highly unlikely for it to produce side effects.
Some people report side effects such as upset stomach when they first start using greens powders, but that’s just your body adjusting to the nutrients. Usually, this side effect will go away after a few days of use.
Nested Naturals Super Greens complaints & praise (info from real Super Greens customer reviews)
Amazon strictly lets verified buyers submit reviews, which makes it a pretty trustworthy source. In this section, we’ll examine the data we found within the customer reviews section on Amazon.
There are a total of about 13,000 Nested Naturals Super Greens reviews at the time of writing, and it received an average rating of 4.4 out of 5. That’s a pretty solid score, and it seems about 80% of the reviews are positive.
The amount of negative reviews is not super concerning, but the primary complaint is the taste. This is a particularly bad tasting green drink in my opinion, and it seems most customers agree.
Is Nested Naturals Super Greens good or bad? Our conclusion
All things considered, Super Greens simply isn’t a very good supplement. I wouldn’t go so far as to say that it’s bad, but it’s certainly not good enough for us to recommend it. As a reminder, our top recommended greens supplement is literally twice as potent.
The story here isn’t all bad, but itt’s hard to recommend Nested Naturals with such a low overall potency. We’d recommend checking out our top 10 picks instead.
